I always advocate that wearing sunscreen is non-negotiable. Sun protection is key to achieving and maintaining healthy skin and a radiant complexion. It also prevents sun damage and the inflammation it can cause which can lead to long-term skin concerns from pigmentation to dark spots. Offering good UVA and UVB protection, these are five of my best daily facial sunscreens. They all work well under makeup too and offer additional skin protection from urban pollution.
Even when you’re wearing a face covering, you need to be diligent with your sunscreen. Not sure how much to apply? I use about 1 teaspoon for my face and neck.
