At-Home Cryotherapy

I’m a big fan of cold therapy and “skin icing” with ice rollers are a great way to do this at home. Not only does cryotherapy help boost circulation, depuff and revive the skin it’s also an anti-inflammatory treatment and the cold helps stimulate the release of endorphins. It caters for wellbeing both inside and out.

I love the Nicole Caroline Facial Ice Spheres because they are more than just ice. You can infuse them with a selection of skin beneficial blends (including collagen and Vitamin C) to elevate your treatment. There are also the popular Fraîcheur Ice Globes*or Lumity Skin’s Ice Roller*. If you’ve got super sensitive skin or rosacea then try skin icing over a sheet mask rather than directly on the skin. I love the 111Skin Cryo-Depuffing Edit* which includes the brilliant De-Puffing Energy Facial Sheet Mask and these cooling metal sculpting tools to lift and soothe.

Cooling Massage Tools

I love a good facial massage tool and leaving them in your fridge will enhance their cool factor. Alongside my favourite Gua Sha tools, the Revive Contouring Massage Roller* is a favourite daily therapy. It’s made of cooling Zamac and feels fresh and rejuvenating across the face, neck and shoulders.

Refreshing Gel Masks

From sheet masks to under eye patches, keeping these in your fridge will upgrade their ability to refresh, depuff and revive the skin.  I love INC.credible Party Recharge Hydrating Under-Eye Masks* (which are infused with niacinamide and hyaluronic acid), MZ Skin Golden Eye Treatment Mask*, Bioeffect EGF Eye Mask Treatment* and Rodial Dragon’s Blood Jelly Patches*. You can read about my other favourite eye masks for tired eyes in this edit.

The Darphin Hydraskin Cooling Mask* is a super lightweight gel that rehydrates and refreshes tired, lacklustre skin. It replenishes, plumps skin and is the perfect #SundayFacial treat after subjecting your skin to heat and/or air con all day.
